Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners, we do not require returns.

Refund Eligibility
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@klchure.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or replacement. No return is required.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not offered for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size or color selected
• Personalized or custom items
• Sale items or gift cards
